What size are the Fine Art prints?
Our Bitcoin prints are 50cm x 70cm.
How soon can I get my order?
Bitcoin Artworks are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days from when you order. We will send your print using DHL tracking delivery and let you know by email when your artwork has been dispatched.
We aim to deliver within:
3-7 working days for Europe
7-12 working days for USA, Canada and the rest of the world.
How much will I pay for shipping?
CURRENTLY FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!!!(Normal: European Shipping > €10.50)
(Normal: International Shipping > €16.50)
What type of printer do you use?
We use professional very high quality printers. You'll be very happy with the quality!
What kind of paper do you use for prints?
Satoshi Graphic artworks are printed on high quality Fine Art, 250 g/m2 paper with a matte finish.
Do you supply frames?Sorry, at the moment we don't.
We have chosen a standard size that will enable a lot of options for framing 50 x 70 cm / 19 ¾ x 27 ½ inches. For example, Ikea provide this size in both the U.S. and Europe.
How much duty and taxes will I have to pay?
By default, all applicable VAT to the our prints and digital downloads are included in the price according to German VAT. In some cases, collectors will pay taxes and customs fees on artwork they purchase, depending on their country of residence as well as the country the artwork is shipping from. The buyer is responsible for paying international customs fees, determined by the country the artwork is being shipped to. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if any additional costs will be added prior to making a purchase.
How do I care for my Bitcoin/Crypto print?
We recommend that you frame your print as soon as possible as this will help to protect the work once it is on display.
How do I get the curl out of my print?
We suggest laying your print out on a flat on a clean surface and placing heavy books or something flat on top for 2-3 hours.
Please note that we work hard to ensure that all images are displayed accurately, however screen resolutions and brightness may reflect sublet variations from the final printed edition.
