1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Withdrawal Period The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take possession of the goods. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract with a clear statement (e.g., via email or letter). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal. If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of return (whichever is earlier).

3. Voluntary Returns Beyond the Statutory Period
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. This allows you to return items even after the 14-day withdrawal period, provided the goods are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. The same refund and return conditions apply as outlined in Section 1. Note that return shipping costs remain your responsibility under this voluntary policy.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom-designed fashion or art pieces).

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., worn undergarments or pierced earrings), if unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that deteriorate quickly or have an expiration date.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at hello@satoshigraphics.com with your order number and a description of the issue (photos are helpful). We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

6. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please email us at hello@satoshigraphics.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order is shipped, the standard withdrawal process applies (see Section 1).

7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return) or cancellation confirmation (for unshipped orders).
