Is there tracking available for my package?
With the art prints yes, we will send your print using tracking delivery and let you know by email when your artwork has been dispatched from Berlin.
With our T-Shirts and Accessories we offer standard shipping for FREE or recorded delivery with tracking for €6.90
How are the Bitcoin artworks shipped?
Prints are shipped in cardboard postal tubes with plastic end caps ensuring protection during shipment.
Can you deliver to an address that is different to my billing address?
Yes. When you get to the checkout you are able to input a different delivery address.
Which countries does Satoshi Graphics deliver to?

How much duty and taxes will I have to pay?
By default, all applicable VAT to the our prints and digital downloads are included in the price according to European VAT laws. In some cases, collectors will pay taxes and customs fees on artwork they purchase, depending on their country of residence. If customs fees incur, the buyer is responsible for payment determined by the country the artwork is being shipped to. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional costs will be added prior to making a purchase.
